Sales Representative in Sealing & Bonding (1 opening)

Your duties will include, but not limited to:

- Development of Sealing and Bonding market and collaboration with specification engineers

- Maintenance of existing customer base and development of new customers

-  Increase market coverage by monitoring competitor activities, maintaining lists of potential customers and regular contacts on potential customers

- Visits on the civil engineers, infrastructure projects providing the following services: monitoring material performance, provide suggestions/systems, tracking of projects

- Coordinate with the appropriate Sika Albania staff for all matters regarding technical support, product performance, delivery to customers

- Provide on-site technical support on projects for STM products within the designated market

- Participate in local cross selling team, including project meetings, lunch-n-learns, and various other team activities

- Prepare weekly/monthly status reports to management

- Provide regular sales forecasts

- Achieve and exceed sales and contribution targets and/or budget

Skills that we expect from you: 

- Self-motivated, quick learner, “can do” attitude

- High attention to details and ability to be multi-tasking

 - Great computer/administrative skills

- Previous experience in sales minimum 3 years

- Education: Economic, Civil engineer with sales skills or experience

- Fluent in English
