Customer Service (1 opening)

Job requirements:

- Sales order entry and processing
- Process invoices and credit memos
- Coordinate runs as per schedule and ensure all relevant documents are in place
- Coordinate with freight forwarders for orders’ deliveries
- Provide assistance to the Sales team on order taking, price, products enquiries and stock availability
- Communicate customer issues to the relevant management team
- Reconciliation of invoices between our accounting system and Tax office to ensure proper filing of data

Skills that we expect from you

  • University degree, fluency in English language, with minimum 1-3 years of experience
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, “can do” attitude
  • High attention to details and ability to be multi-tasking
  • Great computer/administrative skills
