We have an exciting opportunity for an SAP OTC Business Process Manager - Order-to-Cash. Your team will be based in Utrecht, the Netherlands. 

  • Independent management, process design and implementation of business requirements and IT solutions in various international projects
  • Roll-out of SAP S/4 template processes in the respective national companies in the European region
  • Complete requirements analysis and plausibility check of change requests as well as creation of technical concepts, user documentation, training courses and process descriptions
  • Close collaboration in international teams with the company process owners and key users from the specialist departments and central SAP IT
  • Active and independent support during the test phases of new processes and system changes
  • Independently carrying out error analyses and initiating corrective measures
    Systematic processing of enquiries from our SAP users and targeted training of internal users
  • Governance role in compliance with our template specifications for future S/4HANA rollouts

Your expertise - Our strength

  • A degree in business administration or technical studies
  • Several years of experience in working with SAP module SD as well as a confident handling of MS Office
  • Excellent understanding of the corporate value chain and end-to-end processes in an industrial environment with a focus on sales processes (OTC)
  • Flexibility to familiarise yourself quickly with new issues, an independent way of working and enjoy developing innovative and future-oriented solutions together
  • Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and strong team orientation to solve complex customer enquiries
  • Very good written and spoken German and English and comprehensive communication and presentation skills
  • Occasional willingness to travel within Europe (20 - 30 %)
