  • New Product Development: Create comprehensive product profiles, conduct field testing, and manage the issuance of product documentation, including Product Data Sheets (PDS), System Data Sheets (SysDS), Method Statements (MS), and certificates. Oversee product rollout in accordance with the Product Creation Process (PCP).
  • Product Maintenance: Maintain and update product documentation (PDS, SysDS, MS) and oversee testing procedures to ensure product quality and compliance.
  • Market and Competition Analysis: Perform thorough market research and analyze competitors to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Technical Documentation Management: Organize and maintain technical documentation to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
  • Sales Support: Provide training and technical assistance to support sales teams, including country representatives, Key Product Managers (KPM), Key Account Managers (KAM), and Technical Marketing Managers (TMM).
  • On-Site Support: Assist with initial product tests, troubleshoot issues, coordinate the development of application instructions and conducting site visit to support the customer on site to insure the proper application for the products. 
  • Warranty and Risk Management: Review product warranty requests and manage associated risks, ensuring product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • Min. 3 years’ experience in construction chemicals, specifically those based on epoxy, polyurethane (PU), and acrylic. This includes products for applications such as flooring, roofing, structural strengthening, and repair solutions.
  • Technically sound

  • Good communication skills intercultural and Interfunction (R&D, Sales, on site, group/local level)
  • Hands on, site experience
  • Good English written and spoken (min. Cambridge advanced level)
  • IT application savvy
  • Good MS word, excel, power point
  • Engineering degree
  • Arabic is a plus
