  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Finance, Master Data, and Reporting to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
  • Lead continuous process improvement initiatives, maturity assessments, and performance optimization based on KPI insights.
  • Govern transportation-related change requests, ensuring alignment with global standards and business objectives.
  • Review and approve business requirements, solution designs, and process enhancements together with IT and project teams.
  • Act as the Transportation Process Owner within the ongoing Global SAP TM program, ensuring solutions and rollouts align with Sika's global process framework.
  • Provide SAP TM expertise during design reviews, testing, rollout preparation, key-user alignment, and business decision-making.
  • Support communication, training, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement across the organization.
