Key Responsibilities:

  1. Retail Engagement:
    • Develop and implement strategies with our Distributors & Retailers to enhance customer experience in POS.
    • Collaborate with local retail marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of engagement strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  2. POS Material and POS Branding:
    • Oversee the creation and distribution of POS material to ensure consistent and impactful branding across the region.
    • Ensure that all branding efforts align with the company's brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
    • If needed, work with designers and vendors to produce high-quality promotional materials.
  3. End User Engagement:
    • Management of end-user engagement platforms, such as loyalty programs and online communities.
    • Utilize data and analytics to understand user behaviour and preferences, tailoring engagement strategies accordingly.
  4. Customer Insights and Analysis:
    • Work closely with the retail data analyst to gather and interpret customer insights.
    • Use data to inform and optimize engagement strategies and campaigns.
    • Regularly report on engagement metrics and ROI to senior management.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure cohesive customer engagement efforts.
    • Act as a key point of contact for regional and local teams regarding customer engagement initiatives.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates and insights on engagement activities.

Your expertise - Our strength


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, retail marketing, customer engagement or a related role within the paint or retail industry.
  • Proven experience in managing retail activities, POS materials, and POS branding.
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement platforms and digital marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the APAC market and cultural nuances.

Working Conditions:

  • No Visa Sponsorship is available for this position. This position can be based in Singapore, Malaysia or Thailand. 
  • Travel within the APAC region is required.
